Niemimäki farmhouse holiday
Niemimäki farm is situated in the town of Asikkala, in the middle of
beautiful countryside and red strawberry fields. Here you will have the
possibility to enjoy the silence and harmony of Finnish country life. The
upper floor of a former cowshed was renovated in 2004 to a beautiful and
cosy place where you can arrange all kinds of parties and meetings.
Downstairs we offer accommodation for up to 10 persons. Accommodation is
available also in the cottage, where there are two double rooms, and in
the shed, where there is room even for a big family of 8 persons.
For small groups we arrange evenings in the new sauna department, too.
Moreover, you can relax in an idyllic wood-heated sauna by a pond in
summer times. This sauna is located just 300 meters away from the farm.
If you are looking for spending a carefree, relaxing break in the peace of
the countryside, Niemimäki farmhouse holiday is an excellent choice for
you.
The farm is open throughout the year.
We also sell tasty strawberries, peas and other garden products in
summertime! Also our pets; cats, goats and rabbits welcome you to

The host family of the farm lives in the main building, so help is near,
if it is needed. In the Niemimäki farm you can relax without worries and
stress!
If you miss some activities, there are excellent grounds for jogging and
great places where you can fish, as Lake Päijänne is only five kilometres
away. Moreover, there is a horse-riding centre just 1km away. There are
also good transport connections, and just 12 km to the municipality of
Vääksy, where you can find almost all services needed and for example a
golf course.
